TB4 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin β4 that mobilizes actin to regulate migration, promotes vascular endothelial proliferation and collagen deposition, and accelerates healing of tendon, myocardial, and skin injuries.
KPV is a C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH. Mediated by PepT1 for intracellular entry, it inhibits NF-κB and STAT3 pathways to alleviate acute and chronic inflammation in the gut and skin.
BPC-157 originates from gastrin, upregulating VEGF and NO to drive fibroblast migration and angiogenesis, repairing gastrointestinal mucosa, tendons, and nerves.
These three components synergistically form the Coremend blend: TB500 rebuilds the cytoskeleton and vascular network, BPC-157 provides chemotactic signals and a matrix template, while KPV blocks inflammatory negative feedback, creating an “anti-inflammatory-migration-regeneration” closed loop. This accelerates and enhances the quality of soft tissue and mucosal injury repair, combating fibrosis while maintaining immune homeostasis.
